She has a degree in Biomedical Sciences and is certified in Holistic Nutrition Weight Loss, Holistic Wellness, Holistic Perimenopause & Menopause, GLP-1 Lifestyle Integration Coaching and is a Group Fitness and Personal Trainer. As Coach Kai continues to learn new skills and grow her knowledge base, she enjoys helping women experience their best life by enhancing how they feel, look and live.
